"My weekly Private workouts with Linda keep me out of pain. I have had scoliosis my whole life and now at 50 more things will trigger the pain. With Linda I am pain free. Also as a busy executive I get one amazing workout in with Linda and the rest I can squeeze in with walks and stretching. Keeps me fit.
